The Minnesota Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (MAMFT) is a non-profit organization that serves as the professional home for Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs) in Minnesota. I provided them with thoughtful recommendations and designed a prototype for improving this organization’s online presence.

Learned how users book flights today and identified their needs (met and unmet) by their current solutions. Then, I designed and produced a prototype for a new, better way to book flights online and performed usability testing.
