As a new startup, Mylo has an opportunity to make moving and storing easier than ever before. After conducting a cognitive analysis and completing contextual inquiry research, I designed a prototype to make its inventory manager more intuitive.

Craft Notes’ main goals are to build community, support local makers, and create an app experience that engages users. I created a multi-touch point experience centered around their new mobile app.

Learned how users book flights today and identified their needs (met and unmet) by their current solutions. Then, I designed and produced a prototype for a new, better way to book flights online and performed usability testing.
